What We Cover:

  • Lost in Transit: Your package hasn't arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international) from shipment.

  • Damaged in Transit: Your items arrive broken, cracked, crushed, or unusable.

  • Delivery Delays: Your order is not delivered within the promised transit timeline (qualifies for a $5 USD compensation).

  • Misdelivery: The carrier delivered your package to the wrong address.

How It Works (Claims Process):

If you experience any of the issues above, filing a claim is quick and easy:

  1. File a Claim: Click the claim link in your shipping confirmation email or contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photo evidence (for damage/loss).

  2. Fast Review: We will respond to your request within 24 hours.

  3. Quick Resolution: Once approved, we will arrange a reshipment or issue a refund.

Please note: Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped. It does not cover address input errors made by the customer.
