We are currently unable to offer free returns. There are two return shipping options available：

Ship with any carrier of your choice/ Cover shipping costs by yourself
  • For the "Ship with any carrier of your choice" return method, please ensure you use a tracked shipping service. You will be responsible for the package until it reaches us. Be sure to keep proof of return shipping or tracking number and either upload it to the Return Center or email it to [email protected]. Without tracking information, your refund may be delayed or not processed. 
  • For the "Ship with a return label provided by us" method, if your package exceeds the weight limit specified on the label, you'll need to purchase a new label and send us the receipt. We will reimburse you for the additional shipping costs in accordance with our refund policy. If you need a replacement label, please reach out to us directly for assistance.
