If you've received a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps to process your return:

- Choose "Damaged or Defective" as the basis for your return.
- Offer a thorough description of the issue and attach three high-quality images of the damaged product. These images should include:
- A view of the shipping label.
- A view of the item label and barcode on the exterior packaging.
- Clear images of the damaged areas of the product.
