5. I've received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?Updated a month ago

If you've received a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps to process your return:

  • Visit our online Return Center within 7 days of the item's delivery.
  • Choose "Damaged or Defective" as the basis for your return.
  • Offer a thorough description of the issue and attach three high-quality images of the damaged product. These images should include: 
    • A view of the shipping label.
    • A view of the item label and barcode on the exterior packaging.
    • Clear images of the damaged areas of the product.
