For the Self-Ship Return Option: 

After sending your items to the return address provided, please log in to our Return Center to upload your return tracking number.

Alternatively, you can email one of the below details to [email protected]：

• A clear photo of the return package receipt.
• The tracking number for the return shipment.

Once we receive this information, we will process your return and expedite your refund as quickly as possible.

For the Prepaid Return Label Option: 

If you used the return label provided by Summer Mae to send back your items, we will initiate your refund within 10 business days of the package's arrival at our facility.
