10. What should I do if my package is missing an item?Updated a month ago
Your order may have been shipped in multiple packages. To check if your items are arriving in separate shipments, please refer to your "Shipping Confirmation" email or use the "Track button" at the top of our Help Center.
If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Service Team so we can assist you right away.
When reaching out, please provide the following details:
- Your order number.
- The product name or SKU number.
- Photos of the external and internal packaging.
- Pictures of all items within your package.
