1. What would make my order ineligible for returns/exchanges?Updated a month ago
Eligibility for Returns:
- Only fulfilled orders are eligible for returns or exchanges. Unfulfilled orders cannot be returned.
- You must initiate your return request within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, the product must be sent back to us within 15 days; otherwise, the return process will be automatically canceled.
- The product must not be on our non-returned items list.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the product must be unwashed, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Only orders purchased on Summermae.com are eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors or websites.
A Return Request May be Declined if:
- The order has not been fulfilled.
- The items are listed as non-returnable.
- The return is initiated outside the allowed return period.
- An incorrect order number or email address is provided.
